During and after college, Chip worked several years for a custom homebuilder gaining his knowledge (and love) for residential construction. Through this job, he was exposed to all aspects of home building as well as the business side of the construction industry.

He has spent the last 25 years leading complex quality management projects across the pharmaceutical and packaging industries.

He’s excited to apply this expertise to your home repair, home renovation, and property management needs, ensuring your project is handled with care, efficiency, and professionalism - from start to finish.

  • We are centrally located in Wendell, NC. This allows us to provide convenient service to customers in Wake, Johnston, Franklin, Nash, and Wilson counties.

  • Free estimates are provided for all projects. For smaller home repair jobs, we use a fixed pricing model to avoid multiple trips.

    This saves our company money and we share those savings with our customers.

  • The answer to this depends on the project. Most home repair jobs do not require a building permit. The exception to this would be the addition of a new electrical or plumbing fixture to an existing home.

    Most remodel and addition jobs do require a permit for various tasks (framing, electrical, plumbing, etc.).

    Regardless of the permitting requirements, we handle all applications and inspections.

  • Gaynor Home Services is fully insured. We have one million dollars of liability coverage for each project.
